Booking and payment

Booking is only possible online via the booking form on this website. On receipt of the booking form we shall send the contact person a confirmation invoice by e-mail. A deposit of 25% of the total amount must immediately be paid into our bank account. The balance is to be paid no later than three weeks before the date of arrival. On booking within three weeks before the arrival date the total amount is immediately to be paid.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your booking the following amounts are due:

  • More than 21 days before arrival date : 25% of total amount
  • Between 21 and 15 days before arrival date : 50% of total amount
  • Between 14 and 8 days before arrival date : 75% of total amount
  • Between 7 and 2 days before arrival date : 90% of total amount
  • Less than 2 days before arrival date :100% of total amount

We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy with your own insurance company.
